Return Policy
We have a simple return policy, if we are at fault we make it right, fast.
· 7‑day return window from the date of delivery.
· Buyer pays return shipping for any change‑of‑mind or non‑defective returns.
· If the issue is our fault (wrong item, defective item, etc.), we will reimburse the return shipping fees once the item is received and found to be in the same condition as when it was sent out.
If it is a “damaged” in shipping issue, we will get the solution figured out quickly. However, remember, there is no insurance on fragile items.
